The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the Spanish and Spanish language drama of the 21st century, the new trends as they are formed at the level of subject matter, and the new directing- scenographic perspectives and acting skills.

After the successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

• identify the characteristics of 21st-century Spanish dramatic writing; 
• analyse dramatic works; 
• compare contemporary spanish-language dramaturgy with contemporary dramaturgy in general.
